Our factory
Our production base is located in Binhai Industrial Zone, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, just a 20-minute drive from Wenzhou Longwan International Airport. The facility covers a construction area of over 13,000 square meters and features modern production workshops along with a strict quality management system. We have specialized departments including an experienced design team (with over 5 years of expertise), technical department, quality control department, testing laboratory, and international sales department. The factory is equipped with advanced production facilities such as automated injection molding machines, precision stamping equipment, and fully automated assembly lines to ensure every production process - from raw materials to finished products - meets high standards. We adhere to lean production principles, have obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, and operate a professional testing laboratory where each batch of products undergoes rigorous performance and durability testing. Additionally, we emphasize environmentally friendly production by adopting energy-saving technologies and recyclable materials to reduce energy consumption and waste emissions during manufacturing.
